Mahezon.in - CANCELLATION, RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
This cancellation, return and refund policy (“Policy”), together with the Terms of Use sets out the terms and conditions for cancellation, return and refund of products listed and sold on www.mahezon.in and its mobile and tablet applications (“mahezon.in”). The products listed and sold on mahezon.in shall be referred to herein as “Products”.
We have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return in India.
Please Note:
- A video recording of Parcel is compulsory from opening to last of the product received , explaining the process in any detail would be greatly helpful for the return.
- APPLICABILITY OF POLICY
By using mahezon.in and/or initiating a request for purchase of Product(s) on the Mahezon.in, you agree to be bound by the terms contained in this Policy without modification. If you do not agree to the terms contained in this Policy, you are advised not to transact on Mahezon.in. Please note that, we may from time to time change the terms of the Policy that govern your terms of cancellation, return or refund of an order for Product bought on Mahezon.in. Every time you wish to use Mahezon.in, please check the Policy to ensure you understand the terms and conditions that apply at that time.
- TERMS OF CANCELLATION
(a) You can cancel the order prior to the dispatch of Product by mahezon.in or the seller. The order cannot be cancelled once the dispatch has been initiated.
(b) The request for cancellation of the order can be made by cancelling the order within 2 hours once you placed your order by calling our customer care number 9833671178 or email : contact@mahezon.in, as may be intimated by Mahezon.in to you from time to time.
(c) On the receipt of order cancellation request, your order will be cancelled with immediate effect, and the refund process will be initiated within 24 hours of confirmation of cancellation.
- TERMS OF RETURN AND REFUND
(a) You may initiate return of Products within the timelines and as per the terms stipulated under Annexure A (refer to the table provided at the end of this Policy) of this Policy. We would accept the request for return of such Product subject to the terms of this Policy. mahezon.in will not process return if you have placed the order for a wrong product model, colour or incorrect Product. Mahezon.in will not accept the return if customer does not like the material or colour of the product order. 10-15% color difference might be there due to screen resolutions and lights. Items are only returnable if you've received them in a condition that is -
- Physically damaged
- Defective
(b) You may initiate the return by email: contact@mahezon.in or call : +91-9833671178 and message the reason for return and purchase order number. In case of any complain or concern you may contact the customer care.
(c) If you have received any Product which is eligible for return in terms of this Policy, we suggest you to immediately register a request in this regard on the mahezon.in. We will in our sole discretion verify if: (a) the defects and damages in the Products or the non-compliances claimed in such Products are acceptable by us, or (b) such defects, damages or non-compliances are due to our default, and will accordingly post verification, accept or reject the request for return. For such verification, we may request you to send us images, videos of the damaged or defective product received and/or allow our personnel to schedule a visit to assess the damage or defect in the Product. Further, to the assessment of the damage or the concern reported in the return request, mahezon.in may in its sole discretion resolve the issue subject to the assessment report, in a manner as it may deem fit.
(d) Please be informed that when you opt to cancel or return the Products, upon our verification of the Products and the documents relating thereto, the refund amount for such Products which are eligible for return as per the terms of this Policy, will be processed within a period of 1 business day from the date of us verifying the defect or the non-compliance in the Product. Your refund will be processed only when the conditions as may be stipulated by mahezon.in are fulfilled. The refund amount will be credited to the original payment mode opted by you. You acknowledge that after initiation of refund, it may take additional time for your refund to reflect in your account which is subject to your financial institution or payment solution provider terms and conditions.
(e) Please be informed that for Products, for which you had opted for ‘Cash / Payment on Delivery’, as a payment option, you will receive refunds in your bank account (as per the bank account details provided by you to us) in case the Product is purchased from a third-party seller made available. However, if the Sale was consummated by mahezon.in, you will receive your refund in your bank account. We do not make any cash refunds.
(f) The amount claimed as refund will be refunded to you within 15 working days depending upon the mode of payment chosen by you. Sometimes banks or financial intermediaries take a longer time to process the refund request. However, if the refund does not happen by the date advised, you may contact us, and we will gladly help you.
What are the return guidelines?
Following are the return guidelines:
- Your address and the item that you wish to return must be eligible for return.
- If the return is not eligible for Pickup, a Self-Return option will be given.
- For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be processed either to your bank account (via National Electronic Funds Transfer (NEFT)).
Return Pick up and Self Ship Guidelines
Return pick-up is available for eligible pick-up addresses and items, provided there are no shipping restrictions. In case pick-up is not available, Self-Ship option will be automatically selected. A refund will be issued to your original payment method, in accordance with mahezon.in refund policy, once we receive the item(s) or the seller notifies us of receipt of return, as the case may be.
Self-Ship:
You can self-ship the item using any courier of your choice that has package tracking capabilities. You will need the following return documentation to initiate return.
- A copy of invoice highlighting the items being returned (place it inside the return package);
- Declaration of item details, value and return reason (paste on the return package.
Note: 1. If you do not have a printer, you can also hand-write the declaration and return address, and use the original invoice or a copy, highlighting the items being returned.
- Return shipping charges will be refunded in accordance with Mahezon.in

5 days Returnable You may return the Product, if the Product is manufacturing defects. You can return the Product provided that the Product is unused/ unwashed, price tag /bar code is intact and not altered, the Product is not altered. Further, there should not be any strong odour /foul smell/perfume/stain on the Product. In addition to the aforementioned, we will accept the return if you keep the Products in its original condition, along with brand outer box, and MRP tags attached. Please Note: A video recording is compulsory from opening to last of the product received , explaining the process in any detail would be greatly helpful for the return. |

5 days Returnable You may return the Product if there is manufacturing defects. Return of ‘Items not described as depicted’ for these products is not allowed as these are authentic handmade products and can vary from product to product. Characteristic imperfections associated with hand-printed, handwoven pieces like unevenness in selvedge and weave could be expected and colours may fade/bleed due to the traditional dyeing method employed. You can return the Product provided that the Product is unused/ unwashed, price tag /bar code is intact and not altered, the Product is not altered (unless proven vendor defect), exchange is being initiated against the order under which it was bought and from same account. Further, there should not be any strong odour /foul smell/perfume/stain on the Product. In addition to the aforementioned, we will accept the return if you keep the Products in its original condition, along with brand outer box, and MRP tags attached and with original folds.
